Filipino food are sometime hard to find here in the US. Aling Rosa Filipino Food and Catering Service is now serving you to accomodate some of the filipino taste that you might be craving for a while.

How it started

We arrived in the US 6 years ago and I don't know much about cooking, stay home mother with two busy kids. We usually ate pre cooked food that we can get at the supermarket refrigerator since we are not familiar with the taste most of the time it ends up to my round barrel with plastic insert in the corner and it we waste a lot of money by doing that. So we tried to look for a asian market not so long we found one in Lowell that's when I started to get interested in cooking. I cook our own food and I brought some on a potluck party and this is where I started catering when friends the help of Foodtv network. I've learned mostly through the help of televsion and Filipino cookbook.

Now I am happy that I can share to everyone craving to taste a Filipino Food.
